Aguas de Torremolinos launches a new customer service via Skype

Users can carry out any transaction relating to their water bill from their homes via a video call

Aguas de Torremolinos, the company that manages the municipality's water service, has launched a new customer service to support its users via Skype. The new measure is designed to make customer services easier by offering residents of the town the most convenient way to carry out transactions relating to their water bill.

To request this new service, customers must have a Skype account and send an email to aguasdetorremolinosclientes@aguasdetorremolinos.es, indicating a preferred time and day to receive support, considering that the service is provided between 8:30 am and 2 pm. Once an appointment has been made by email, customer service staff will get in touch with the user via the video call application.

This new customer service offers both the convenience of online transactions and the proximity of face-to-face services, as the customers can see the person who is supporting them at all times. The aim is also to save the users' time and avoid waiting and queues. The measure also has a positive environmental impact, as it enables clients to sort out their problems from their own homes and thus avoid a large number of unnecessary trips to the office.
