Now, the easiest way that customers will have to pay their bills will be through direct debit, which they can do set up without leaving their homes through the Online Office on the Aguas de Torremolinos website (www.aguasdetorremolinos.es/login) or by telephone, calling 900 300 390. If they prefer to make the journey, they can set up a direct debit at any bank or directly in the offices of Aguas de Torremolinos.

If users do not want to pay their bills by direct debit, the company that manages the Costa de Sol municipal water service offers another online alternative: a payment platform on the website (www.aguasdetorremolinos.es). Alternatively, customers can pay their bills by credit card by calling 900 300 390 or in the office of the company itself, or if they wish to continue to pay in cash, they can do so in branches of CaixaBank and Unicaja or in Correos offices.

The elimination of cash payments in offices will save a lot of time for users, as they will avoid the waiting and queues and will have much more accessible and efficient customer care. In addition, this measure will have a positive environmental impact as it will save paper and save fuel as it will cut the number of trips to the office.
